if you're afraid to tell them the truth,
then how will they ever know

if you never say the words of love,
how will they ever grow

how will they see what's going on
if you don't open they're eyes

how will you love and help them,
if they're not there with their cries

how can He love them,
once they're gone

how can you tell them, what do you say,
2 someone that is spitting in your face,
and calling you names

even when they show you hate,
what do you do, what can you say

maybe,
first, some things need to change

don't ever forget, we're all in this together
He loves us all the same

and don't ever forget,
His love will never change

how could anyone hold on to this,
telling noone of Him in us

just sitting there,
not sharing about the love

even if they don't get it right away,
and their actions stay the same

one day His promise will come true,
and they will see His love like rain
